The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at New St. Mark Baptist Church, Richland, Georgia. The burial will follow in Bethel A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Richland, Georgia.

Mr. Jimmie Lee Tolbert was born July 19, 1934 in Stewart County, Georgia to the late Mr. Jim Tolbert and the late Mrs. Ozzie Lee Tolbert. On Tuesday, September 7, 2010, he departed this life at Stewart-Webster Hospital, Richland, Georgia.

He was an army veteran who leaves to cherish his memories: a wife, Mrs. Sara Tolbert of Columbus, Georgia; three sons, Mr. Felton Tolbert of Queens, New York, Mr. Jimmie Earl Tolbert and Mr. Willie C. Tolbert of Columbus, Georgia; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie (George) Williams and Mrs. Ruthie Freeman of Richland, Georgia, and Mrs. Fannie Tolbert of Sorrento, Florida; one niece, Mrs. Ozzie (Morris) Waters of West Caldwell, New Jersey; two dedicated friends, Ms. Martha Willis and Mr. Austin Banks of Richland, Georgi
