Rhonda Lynn Carter of 134 Stevens Street, Apt #19, Lumpkin, Georgia passed away on November 27, 2009 at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mark A.M.E. Church, Lumpkin, Georgia. The burial service will follow in St. Mark A.M.E. Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Rhonda Lynn Beall Carter was born September 25, 1962, in Lumpkin, Georgia to Mrs. Rosa Jones and the late Mr. Milton Beall.

At an early age, Rhonda joined St. Mark A.M.E. Church, Lumpkin, Georgia. Later, she became a member of Holy Tabernacle Church of Deliverance, Inc. of Lumpkin, Georgia. She attended the public schools of Stewart County and graduated in 1980 from Stewart-Quitman High School, Lumpkin, Georgia.

Rhonda answered God's call early Friday morning, November 27, 2009, and made her transition from her earthly home to her heavenly home.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving mother, Mrs. Rosa Jones of Lumpkin, Georgia; two sisters, Mrs. Anita Clift of Ellenwood, Georgia and Mrs. Jennifer (Aaron) Gadson of Lithonia, Georgia; two nephews, Spencer Lamar Gadson and Bryce LaBron Gadson of Lithonia, Georgia; two aunts, Mrs. Ruby Brown of Lumpkin, Georgia and Ms. Ruby Beall of Columbus, Georgia; one uncle, Mr. Henry (Bertha) Shorter of Columbus, Georgia; and a host of other relatives and friends.
