Mr. Undra Jones of 1008 Alston Street, Richland, Georgia, passed away on November 18, 2009 at Stewart-Webster Hospital, Richland, Georgia.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at New St. Mark Baptist Church, Richland, Georgia. The burial will follow at Bethel A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Richland, Georgia.

Undra Jones was born February 22, 1959 to Mrs. Mary Alice Thomas and the late Mr. Albert Jones, Jr. He departed this life on November 18, 2009 at Stewart-Webster Hospital, Richland, Georgia.

Undra accepted Christ at an early age and joined Bethel A.M.E. Church, Richland, Georgia. He graduated from Stewart County High School in 1979. He was employed with Ferrellgas for thirty years. Undra was joined in holy matrimony to Deloris Jones; this union was blessed with three children.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted wife, Deloris Jones of Richland, Georgia; four loving children, Demetrius Jones, Rakevious Jones, and Lolita Jones of Richland, Georgia, and Tre Robinson of Lumpkin, Georgia; four loving grandchildren, Ja'Merius Jones, Ja'Liyah Jones, Ki'Onye Jones, and Rakiyah Moses of Richland, Georgia; a loving mother, Mary Alice Thomas of Richland, Georgia; a loving sister, Donnee Jones of Richland, Georgia; (One sister, Wornnie Monts, preceded him in death); four brothers, Solomon Jones, Bill Jones, Willie B. Jones, and Willie A. (Latisha) Jones of Richland, Georgia; mother-in-law, Lucille Culpepper of Lumpkin, Georgia; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, a gracious brother-in-law, Rev. George Frank Monts, Jr. of Americus, Georgia; five aunts, Nettie McCluster, Alice Jones, and Willie Carter of Richland, Georgia, Marie Fredricks of Apopka, Florida, and Dora Nicholson of Lumpkin, Georgia; two uncles, John Jones and Howard Jones of Lumpkin, Georgia; two great uncles, Grover Moses of Lumpkin, Georgia and Sam Hardwick of Newark, New Jersey; five nephews, four nieces, one great-nephew; and one great-niece; a very special friend, Shirley Armour of Richland, Georgia; a devoted friend, Darryl Daniel of Omaha, Georgia; dedicated co-workers, David Scott and Peggy Scott of Richland, Georgia, and Linc Blankenhip of Preston, Georgia; a fishing partner, Ricky Roland of Buena Vista, Georgia; and a host of cousins and friend.
